Introduction to the Ocean Explorer
The Ocean Explorer is a purpose built expedition vessel. Accommodating on average 138 guests for each voyage, those lucky enough to experience an Antarctic journey can be assured of comfort and luxury coinciding with exploration and adventure.
She has the revolutionary Ulstein X BOW hull design and features a distinctive Glass Atrium Lounge at the bow of the ship with a stunning panoramic view on both port and starboard side, Lecture theatre and lounge, a swimming pool and jacuzzi where you can admire impressive scenery while watching the world go by.

Ocean Explorer Cabins
Enjoy panoramic ocean views from the Deluxe Veranda Staterooms which are comfortable and peaceful. Featuring small sitting areas, a desk and double bed, you will find everything you need for an unforgettable voyage.
The Royal Veranda Staterooms are classic and spacious, offering plenty of room to stretch your legs at sea. These cabins feature a double bed, desk and private veranda to admire the views. You’ll also enjoy convenient access to all the amenities in the heart of the ship.
The Grand Veranda Staterooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring a private veranda to savour the views, a small sitting area, desk and private bathroom. Their location provides convenient access to the lounge and dining room.
In the Junior Suites, enjoy a private veranda and convenient Deck 6 location, so you’re never far from the lounge, and only a short stroll away from the downstairs dining room. These Suites feature a spacious bedroom, private bathroom and more.
The Owner’s Suite features superlative views from an expansive private veranda on the highest cabin level, plus a large master bedroom, adjacent living room and dining area, two large master bathrooms and more.
